Now that kids are home for a while I will be posting fitness challenges to do at home to keep kids moving.  This week (June 8th - 12th) here is the challenge: posted a little early
 
 This Week's Challenge: 20 second flutter kicks
 
 
flutter kicks
     
     *Lay flat on your back with straight legs
     *Hands and arms by your sides
     *Lift Legs about 6-12 inches off the floor
     *Flutter kick feet, alternating legs (like a swimming kick)
     *Kick for 20 seconds or more
